In a PBS article published on 1/29/2026 titled Top Democrats on intelligence committees question Gabbard’s presence at election office raid we are told: “Sen. Mark Warner and Rep. Jim Himes, the top Democrats on committees overseeing national intelligence, are calling on Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to brief them on why she was present at an FBI search of an election office in Georgia this week that has been central to conspiracy theories over President Donald Trump’s 2020 election loss. In a letter, Warner and Himes say that it is “deeply concerning” that Gabbard participated in the domestic law enforcement action.”

Everyone is commenting on the short video posted Nov 18, 2025, by Sen. Elissa Slotkin.

She and some of her Marxist colleagues in the House and Senate can be seen ingenuously urging members of our national security interagencies not to follow illegal orders, with the tagline, “Don’t give up the ship.”

That President Trump has not issued — nor is expected to issue — illegal orders is beside the point.

The phony concern of these commies in sheep’s clothing is de facto and de jure “open communications” to their fellow Marxist travelers and Trump Derangement Syndrome ideologues in the interagencies to disobey President Trump’s legal orders to defend the Constitution from their seditious Bolshevik revolution.

They also hope to sow seeds of doubt for anyone sitting on the fence — those people who are left confused from the constant enemy propaganda which President Trump has yet to counter.

Anyone who professes to be interested in national security — let alone a professional in that field — is familiar with An Open Letter to the American People from Signatories of this Declaration of Military Accountability, which was entered into the congressional record almost two years ago:

While implementing the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, military leaders broke the law, trampled constitutional rights, denied informed consent, permitted unwilling medical experimentation, and suppressed the free exercise of religion.

Service members and families were significantly harmed by these actions. Their suffering continues to be felt financially, emotionally, and physically. Some service members became part of our ever-growing veteran homeless population, some developed debilitating vaccine injuries, and some even lost their lives. In an apparent attempt to avoid accountability, military leaders are continuing to ignore our communications regarding these injuries and the laws that were broken.

These individuals enabled lawlessness and the unwilling experimentation on service members. The moral and physical injuries they helped inflict are significant. They betrayed the trust of service members and the American people.

Their actions caused irreparable harm to the Armed Forces and the institutions for which we have fought and bled.

These leaders refused to resign or take any other action to hold themselves accountable, nor have they attempted to repair the harm their policies and actions have caused. Since there has yet to be any accountability, the undersigned give our word to do everything morally permissible and legally possible to hold our own leadership accountable. We intend to rebuild trust by demonstrating that leaders cannot cast aside constitutional rights or the law for political expediency.

The United States is not at war with the People’s Republic of China and Russia. Nor do we want the United States to go to war with the PRC and Russia — but that does not alter the reality that the PRC and Russia are at war with America, and the once-free West.

In discussing how to explain this deception, Bukovsky remarked: “That’s the problem! There is no easy way to explain it.” That's why KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov could say with confidence that: “What it basically means is to change the perception of reality of every American to such an extent that despite the abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interest of defending themselves, their families, their community, and their country.”

On July 18th, DNI Tulsi Gabbard began releasing hard evidence of seditious conspiracy by Barack Obama, his Administration, and his DNC cronies — aided and abetted by the mainstream media.

What’s Project Sentinel?

Lesson # 1: America’s enemies have already successfully subverted the inter-agencies of the U.S. Government.

The subversion is not about to happen — it’s already happened.

The communists are not about to take control — they already have control.

The evidence to support this conclusion is deep, wide, and encyclopedic. Soviet and Chinese subversion — both through their intelligence operations and thousands of front groups and NGOs they currently control — are aggressively being used to subvert, divide, and corrupt the governments and populations of their Western adversaries.

There are thousands of senior government officials in America who must be investigated for treason. There are tens of thousands who need to be disbarred from our government because they believe in enemy threat doctrines. There are hundreds of thousands who believe a variety of Marxist mass-line narratives that are false and must be deprogrammed.

Lesson # 2: Political warfare is real warfare.

America’s federal government is a Marxist counter-state that has subverted our constitutional government — and that now wields administrative power against the will of the electorate. The crisis America has today is that we have no elected political leaders who comprehend our current situation, articulate it, and organize to confront our enemies and defend the Constitution.

You must remember: the primary tactic of our enemies is political warfare. They realized over a century ago that political warfare is the pinnacle of modern warfare.

What does political warfare look like in 2025? It manifests itself in our system as: propaganda, influence operations, lawfare, public corruption, targeted assassinations, extra judicial killings, massive election fraud, and other nefarious activities, including the subversion of our foundational institutions: political, educational, religious, and media.

Most people do not recognize this irregular warfare as true warfare — which is why it’s so effective.

Lesson #3: Communism is a national security threat — and Marxism is an Enemy Threat Doctrine to the Constitution.

Topics like DEI, CRT, “defund the police” movements, open borders advocacy, weaponized public health agencies, and climate change are all Marxist mass line narratives that are the symptomatic result of deliberate and focused enemy political warfare operations — which originate from hostile foreign states and are executed domestically by traitors, useful idiots, and enemy operatives.

It isn’t “our perspective” that DEI is an enemy op. We know that as a fact because we have studied communist political warfare strategies and tactics.

The summer 2020 riots were a classic Marxist Color Revolution — used in conjunction with a massive political warfare operation to ensure that President Trump (who actually won in a landslide) would not take office. In 2020, our team sent biweekly Intelligence Summaries (INTSUM) to the NSC and others in government — including at least one cabinet member — as well as recommendations for courses of action (COA) to defend the Constitution.

They did nothing.

Lesson #4: If Americans fail to understand our enemies and their political warfare tactics then we will remain in a state of strategic incomprehension and lose our nation forever.

The problem is that Americans and their entire government structure are focused exclusively on kinetic war. Our national security apparatus is unable to detect — let alone counter — enemy political warfare operations that are actively overthrowing the Constitution. That’s because the people who are responsible for our defense have no idea what political war looks like in the 21st century.

As the KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov characterized it in 1984: “We call it either Ideological subversion or Active Measures, or Psychological Warfare. What it basically means is to change the perception of reality of every American to such an extent that despite the abundance of information, no one is able to come to sensible conclusions in the interest of defending themselves, their families, their community, and their country.”

Lenin said it even more directly: “The soundest strategy in war is to postpone operations until the MORAL disintegration of the enemy renders the delivery of the mortal blow both possible and easy.”

Lesson #5: We have 3,193 legal entities (below the federal level) with state and local legal codes, law enforcement, investigation, and subpoena and prosecution powers. These elected officials and employees number over one million.

How is that possible? There are 50 states with governors, attorneys general, prosecutors, state police superintendents, and various law enforcement officers. There are 3,143 counties and equivalents with constitutional sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, police officers, prosecutors, and judges.

These entities must begin to act to defend the Constitution.

Enemy subversion operations have denatured our military, intelligence community, and many of our national security inter-agencies. Many critical functions of government are still controlled by the entrenched Marxist counter-state that the COMINTERN built over the past century.

The Trump Administration may play whack-a-mole with some DEI admiral here, or some insubordinate FBI SAC there, but we have not seen President Trump’s strategy to rid us of the thousands of domestic traitors that need to be targeted.

America is permeated with domestic enemies who have no problem violating their oaths of office and instituting a tyranny on innocent citizens to achieve their revolutionary objectives.

Examples include every alumnus of the Biden Regime, plus Marxist revolutionaries like Governors Newsom, Pritzker, Whitmer, and Hochul, and NYC Democrat mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani — evil Communist wretches all of them.

In the anticipated chaos of catastrophic terrorist actions, we cannot be sure that President Trump’s leadership decisions will be executed by these thousands of traitors.

For example, General Milley called his communist Chinese counterpart to assure him that he would ignore orders from President Trump if he disagreed with him.

We are still waiting for Milley to be called back to active duty and court-martialed for this.

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” – U.S. Constitution, Second Amendment

A contemporary judicial opinion reiterating the Founders’ perspective on the Right to Bear Arms can be found in the US Court of Appeals DC gun ban case, Parker versus The District of Columbia (now referred to as DC vs. Heller since it successfully made its way through the Supreme Court) which was decided on March 9th, 2007. Here’s a key section from page 46, with the majority opinion written by Senior Circuit Judge Laurence Silberman:

To summarize, we conclude that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms. That right existed prior to the formation of the new government under the Constitution and was premised on the private use of arms for activities such as hunting and self-defense, the latter being understood as resistance to either private lawlessness or the depredations of a tyrannical government (or a threat from abroad). In addition, the right to keep and bear arms had the important and salutary civic purpose of helping to preserve the citizen militia. The civic purpose was also a political expedient for the Federalists in the First Congress as it served, in part, to placate their Anti-federalist opponents. The individual right facilitated militia service by ensuring that citizens would not be barred from keeping the arms they would need when called forth for militia duty. Despite the importance of the Second Amendment's civic purpose, however, the activities it protects are not limited to militia service, nor is an individual's enjoyment of the right contingent upon his or her continued or intermittent enrollment in the militia.

After reading Justice Silberman’s majority opinion even Leftist legal scholars like Harvard’s Alan Dershowitz admitted that he had been “wrong” all these years in his view of the Second Amendment.

It makes you wonder what’s being taught in law schools.

Summarizing this paragraph in Justice Silberman’s opinion reveals:

1. The right to keep and bear arms is an individual right.

2. The right existed prior to the formation of the new government under the Constitution. This is no minor point. The Constitution does not give rights to the citizens — it merely pledges to secure them and not interfere with them. The Declaration of Independence is the organic legal document (identified as such in US Code) which established the United States of America as a nation. It clearly states that in America individual rights come not from Government, but rather “men are … endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights.” The fundamental purpose of our government and Constitution is also clearly stated: “to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed….”

3. The arms are for the citizen, not only for hunting and self-defense, but for use in armed resistance against the depredations of a tyrannical government (or threat from abroad). The power of this cannot be understated. The Constitution (and the complete historical record associated with its framing) clearly acknowledges that individual citizens possess the right to use firearms violently against the US Government if it should become tyrannical. None could deny that it would indeed be a horrible situation if domestic affairs degenerated to this condition. But horror can be avoided not by disarming citizens, but by ensuring that our government does not become tyrannical.

4. There are further implications to this. It stands to reason that if the citizen has a right to keep and bear arms needed to resist the contemporary military of a tyrannical government (or threat from abroad), the arms that citizens would need are modern military weapons, not muzzle loading muskets (modern military weapons in the 18^th century) or even modern sporting firearms.

A little more than five months into his current term, President Trump is doing a masterful job reversing a century of Marxist subversion, but we are not out of the woods by a long shot.

Four years of the illegitimate Biden Regime staffed by communist revolutionaries saw Justice Silberman’s warning of a “tyrannical government (or threat from abroad),” become a reality.

Those four years also show that Congress — plus over one million state and local officials who also get a daily paycheck that comes with an oath to defend the Constitution — did not do anything to defend against these depredations.

This is an exhortation to average citizens that since the entire Congress, every governor, and almost every sheriff and mayor, failed to understand the existential peril perpetrated by the Biden Regime — let alone exercise the many Constitutional remedies available to them — We the People need to either school them or replace them.

There isn’t any guarantee the current Trump Administration can handle the magnitude of this threat, so every individual should prepare accordingly.

The Founders felt that the Fourth of July should be the greatest holiday of the year, celebrating The Declaration of Independence and the nation it created.

The Declaration of Independence is the unique embodiment of America’s founding principles. The United States Code recognizes the Declaration as one of America’s four organic legal documents.

The Declaration was literally the legal document which created the nation of the United States of America, which, prior to July 4^th, 1776, was otherwise just a collection of independently governed colonies in armed rebellion against England since April 1775.

The principles espoused in the Declaration provide a concise definition of the American political philosophy, simplified as follows:

• There are knowable moral Laws of Nature and of Nature's God, derived either from reason or scriptural revelation.

• Everyone is created equal and free,

• Our rights come from the Creator, not government; they are inalienable, and we possess them in the natural state,

• The only purpose of Governments is to secure those God-given Rights,

• Governments derive their just powers from the “consent” of the governed,

The American political philosophy, as defined in the Declaration of Independence, is based upon principles of Liberty, the individual is the sovereign, and government operates by the consent of the governed.

The U.S. Constitution embodied the American Political Philosophy into law.

“This Constitution … shall be the supreme Law of the Land” and “We the People” did “ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America” to “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”

Contrasting political philosophies of globalism, communism, and Sharia are based upon principles of Tyranny. All of them seek to impose a global, totalitarian dystopia.

All political philosophies advancing principles of Tyranny constitute Enemy Threat Doctrines to the Constitution.

They are de facto un-American.

The practitioners of these un-American political philosophies, in that they are trying to advance their philosophies to supplant our Constitutional Order, are Enemies of the Constitution.

Anyone who does not believe in the American Political Philosophy cannot honestly take an oath to defend and support the Constitution and should be disbarred from government employment.

Globalist progressives like Woodrow Wilson, who said “Living political constitutions must be Darwinian in structure and practice,” looked to the concept of “living documents” as a technique to subvert America’s founding principles with un-American constructs, where the State, not individual liberty, has preeminence.

One of the finest rebukes of “living document” illiberal political philosophies such as Progressivism was given by President Calvin Coolidge on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence:

About the Declaration there is a finality that is exceedingly restful. It is often asserted that the world has made a great deal of progress since 1776, that we have had new thoughts and new experiences which have given us a great advance over the people of that day, and that we may therefore very well discard their conclusions for something more modern. But that reasoning cannot be applied to this great charter. If all men are created equal, that is final. If they are endowed with inalienable rights, that is final. If governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed, that is final. No advance, no progress can be made beyond these propositions. If anyone wishes to deny their truth or their soundness, the only direction in which he can proceed historically is not forward, but backward toward the time when there was no equality, no rights of the individual, no rule of the people. Those who wish to proceed in that direction cannot lay claim to progress. They are reactionary.

The sole purpose of the Constitution (and the Bill of Rights contained in it) is to codify the requirement of the Declaration that governments exist solely to secure God given rights.

These legal documents are in no way “living.” Because of that it is an immutable principle in America that liberty can never be taken away, all men must be treated equally, and the government must exist solely to serve the people, not the people serve the government.

The only Oath specified verbatim in the U.S. Constitution is in Article 2, Section 1, for the Office of President of the United States, which states:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Be vigilant! We are under attack and our enemies fight dirty!

Americans only ever consented to the Constitution as written.

We can ill afford to let communist revolutionaries steal their way into office to “fundamentally change America,” when their oath of office requires them to “preserve, protect and defend.”

Editor’s Note: Norman Dodd was the director of research of the House Special Committee to Investigate Tax-Exempt Foundations in 1954. He produced a report for that committee — and hearings were held in Congress regarding a group of “little known persons” who had “established tight control” over education and research. Mr. Dodd focused on the radical changes in social philosophy and politics in America between 1933 - 1936 and he discovered that many of the changes were the result of a plot by socialists and communists who were supported by some of the great philanthropic foundations like the Rockefeller Foundation and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

The following short interview with Norman Dodd took place in 1980 — a few years before his death — and was preserved by tape recording.

The Interviewer: “Now did you or any member of your staff ever have the opportunity of going through the records of any of the great foundations?”

Norman Dodd: "We had one remarkable instance of that kind by, again, by invitation. This invitation came from the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and was in response to a letter which I had written to the Endowment asking certain questions, seeking certain information. And this invitation was issued to me over the telephone to come to their office in New York when I was next there. This I did. And on arrival I found myself in the presence of Dr. Joseph Johnson, the president, two vice presidents, and their own counsel, a partner of Sells & Cromwell. And after amenities, Dr. Johnson said, ‘Mr Dodd, we received your letter, and we can answer all these questions but that it would be a great deal of trouble because with the approval of, by the Senate, ratification of the United Nations treaty, we felt our job was done. So we took all our records, from the beginning of this endowment, up to 1945, and sent them to the warehouse, and then we concentrated on just using our funds to build this new building across the street from the United Nations, which would provide the various organizations that would follow the United Nations activities with a place to meet.’”

“But,” he said, “we have a counter suggestion, and that is, Mr. Dodd, if you can spare a member of your staff for two weeks and send them to New York, we will provide that member with a room in the library, our library. And the minute books of this endowment, since its inception. And we think whatever you want to find out you can find out through that source.”

That means our government is penetrated with thousands of myrmidons in key positions, ready to violate their oath of office to prevent the American people from reclaiming the republic.

A recent example is DOD Branch Chief Nicholas Turza, who was captured in a video by O’Keefe Media Group calling President Trump “illegitimate” and vowing to “resist him and everything he does.” It sounds like Turza needs to be investigated for 18 USC 2384 Seditious Conspiracy.
