Did you know that in March of 2020, employees of DARPA (the CIA’s research wing) were informed by email that Russian and Iranian hackers had been detected in “SLTT networks” which made such intrusions “election related” potentially?

SLTT means “State, Local, Town & Territorial” networks.

The author of the email tells DARPA employees that it’s “beyond dispute” that “Russian and Iranian C&C activities” have been detected in “SLTT networks.”

He goes on to add that if “they think this is not worth worrying about” just “because they do not have an Albert sensor visibility” then they’re wrong.
