Here Comes The Next Blockbuster Lawsuit: Dominion Vs Newsmax!
Another voting machine company wants $600 million for pain and $1 billion for suffering

Just yesterday, an early Christmas gift arrived at my door: the Dominion Voting Systems v. Newsmax lawsuit in all its glory.
It’s 175 pages — with an additional 30 exhibits at the back that are unpaginated!
It weighs three pounds!
It cries. It makes demands. It wants lots of money. It wants to search through the phone and email records of journalists.
It’s like a little paper baby of the U.S. national security state.
Just look at all the attorneys that Dominion has hired for this case!
They’ve got law firms out of Delaware, Texas, California, Vermont, New York, and Virginia.
They even have Governor Ron DeSantis’ favorite law firm: Clare Locke LLP.
You might recall that Gov. DeSantis personally praised one of the partners of the firm at a roundtable discussion back in February 2023: “Also joining us here today is Libby Locke, she is a partner at ClareLocke LLP and is an extraordinaire when it comes to First Amendment defamation."
It looks like Clare Locke LLP is really a husband-wife team of Thomas Clare and Libby Clare.
The pair gave an interview to a legal podcast to brag about their settlement with Fox News.
Seriously, who doesn’t like a happy couple who enjoy helping shadowy third-party proxy “firms” (hired by the U.S. government) to sue anyone who covered the stolen 2020 election?
I’m sure that their parents are very proud.
