How Did the Defense Intelligence Agency Warn About SARS-CoV2 Wuhan Lab "Leak" In November 2019?

An ABC News segment from April 8th 2020 has recently re-surfaced which provides striking evidence that the U.S. military warned about the COVID “lab leak” as it happened.

According to this three-year old ABC News report: “Intelligence officials warned the Trump Administration as far back as late November (2019) that coronavirus could be a cataclysmic event. That information ultimately ended up in the President's daily briefing…”

In fact, the Trump White House was apparently briefed multiple times about it.

Which national security agency wrote the report? The military's National Center for Medical Intelligence. Where is this National Center for Medical Intelligence? It’s headquartered at Fort Detrick, Maryland — and it’s part of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

So here’s the central question: how could the Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Center for Medical Intelligence prepare a report to warn the Trump administration in November 2019 of the SARS-CoV2 laboratory leak in Wuhan?

After all, the SARS-CoV2 laboratory leak in Wuhan had (supposedly) just happened in November 2019.
