So sad. There is liability here despite the emergency experimental shields. This is fertile ground for litigation and certain lawyers will pursue it. This is the most (so far) shameful period in American History.

I are a lawyer to. 😳 A solo, so they could paper me to death.

I see major issues with the validity/enforceability of the purported liability shield. Did the contracting federal agency have the constitutional authority to agree to the immunity? Could Congress constitutionally grant that power to the agency? I can maybe see it in the statutory context, but an exemption from common law liability? Wouldn’t that have to be agreed to by the injured parties (circling back to whether We The People granted Congress the power to grant immunity on our behalf)? Congress exempts itself all the time from this or that law — e.g., Obama Care — something that has always been a burr under my saddle: if a law is such a great idea why shouldn’t it apply to everyone (a natural barrier to the passage of bad laws), but exempting a nongovernmental, 3rd party, commercial enterprise from tort liability? And the immunity extends even to knowing and intentional misconduct? Excuse me? Not an expert on qualified immunity of government officials, but knowing, intentional misconduct would surely be beyond the scope of that shield, right? RIGHT? How would that be any different from Congress purporting to carve out a class of murders for immunity? Answer: it wouldn’t be. And I think, though the hour is late, we can still all agree that would not be allowed to stand, right? RIGHT?

And then there is the question of whether one party to a criminal conspiracy can exempt from liability another party to the criminal conspiracy. That would be a key component of the conspiracy. Not a RICO expert, but it seems as though that statute, as well as some pretty fundamental, common sense principles under common law, would be effective to get behind the conspiracy and blow it up, no matter who the players are. So, as conceived by the co-conspirators, one conspirator, the one with qualified immunity (Congress), grants full immunity to the other conspirator (Pfizer, et al.). And We The People can’t penetrate the conspiracy and hold the players, or at least some of them, legally responsible? I don’t think so.

The Court that cried foul on Pfizer’s request for a 75 year pause in discovery would seem to be a favorable venue.

Random thoughts from the hip.

I think this litigation will snowball and there are a lot of holes in the liability shield law. The Fed Trade Commission has statutes preventing untruthful advertising such as promoting an experimental gene therapy as a “Vaccine”.

Slavery was bad. It took a war to free people from the Democrats. You see the pattern? Democrats like to enslave people.

I hope time and the cabal of coconspirators that perpetrated this mass murder both last long enough for this unspeakable evil to come back on them in this life, but if not there will be an accounting hereafter. The fool, indeed, has said in his heart there is no God. These are not raving lunatics, these are smiling, outwardly respectable madmen. Masks off in the next life, though. If they don’t repent and fall on the Rock, the Rock will fall on them, of whom it is said “they will pray God to kill them, but they won’t be able to die.” (Nod to Dylan.) The love of money is truly the root of all evil. Not money, the love of it. “Verily, verily, I say unto you, they have their reward.” Jesus Christ.

This truth has to get out, through, and around the media’s wall of silence.

This “vaccine”(its not a vaccine!!) should have been offered ONLY to those most at risk. The elderly. No child should get it. No young adult should get it. This is criminal.

It’s as though the devil knows his time is short and so he’s cranking up the deception, the greed, the “kill, steal and destroy” attributes that are his purview. It is the only explanation for our fellow human beings perpetrating this madness or participating in it.

Friends, remember “Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms“ Ephesians 6:12

I pray every night...I cry in those prayers. My whole immediate family is vaccinated, save for me, my husband and one brother and sister (I have 4 siblings and two kids with spouses and 4 grands). I posted a chart the other day on FB about the increase in the childhood vaccination schedule and questioned the need to vaccinate one day old babies with Hep B vaccine when it is usually a disease of folks in unprotected sex and drug needles sharing. I got triple slammed by my sisters family, one of which is in her residency for her DO degree. She immediately informed me that I was wrong that the virus can be passed to babies from their mothers. She still did not answer the question I had as to why every single baby...would not testing of the mother make more sense? Her reply was it can also be passed through breastfeeding, kissing etc. When I challenged this with the CDC statement that it can NOT be passed through any of those avenues, she took offense and stated that she would not longer be coming to family outings because her family did not support her or her career. I was flabbergasted. I know I do not have the education she had or am as smart but I can read data and the data is showing clearly that vaccines are not the miracle drug they claim to be. And now, there is evidence that this new gene therapy is causing immense harm. https://www.mccairndojo.com/past-episodes/#boxcast:nwuiknabeadwkyodymqp@00:00:00

And these shots don’t meet the definition of a “vaccine”. The jabbed host can still get significant disease or die and they transmit the virus. The Left murders the language and then the people
