I would get requests for information for Law suits in DC and I would put them in a special drawer and ignore them. They were for frivolous things similar, in a way, to this. The bad guys ignore all the time. They mostly get away with it. Why not us? Don't trouble yourself. Look at all the FOIA requests and the time and money spend getting them. The gov knows they are breaking the law by not providing.
I may have been just lucky but they just went away.
