And what (tiny) percentage of those dismissals were legitimate? I have worked as a judge in several Fed/State elections in Travis County, TX. The ballot marking devices (BMD’s) are 16”x16”x6” and the Ballot Scanner is about 40” tall x 24” wide x 24” deep. How do we know there isn’t an antenna and microcomputer to transmit vote data to one of the notoriously crooked voting machine companies? Even the notebooks used for voter check in could be rigged.
