They aren’t even trying to cover it up at this point. And why would they? We not only didn’t do anything to fix 2020, we persecuted those who dared bring up these anomalies.

Emerald, THANK YOU for continuing to focus on this - this is the news that matters! I again have to wonder why every disenfranchised voter in AZ isn't storming the government offices DEMANDING that people be held accountable for this blatant B.S. of an election!

Where are you - all you rich retired people in AZ - don't you give a d@mn about what's happening in your state?! I don't get it!

Not only do they have no shame, they don't care that the public knows they're losers. As long as the courts and media reinforce election theft, installing bogus, less than mediocre candidates, they're fine with revelations of malfeasance. They're like the bold, Blue City shoplifters who openly clean out a store while people record them because they don't believe there will be consequences.

Voices tried to convey that the elections system must be fixed before 2022, only for professional pundits -- based on polling data -- to giddily predict a Red Wave. Polling data and election outcomes will never be aligned again until elections systems are addressed. Consequences for the guilty must be so severe that no one tries it again for at least a few generations.

I expect both parties to try to get away with whatever they can. History has shown that neither party has clean hands when afforded the opportunity. However, I attribute this current mess, which at this point may not be reversible in my lifetime, to the idiot, corrupt and flaccid Uniparty Republicans. They appear to be operating under the fantasy that the Democrats, once having found the magic formula for winning every election no matter how lackluster their candidates, will return to fair elections when mutually undesirable candidates are not running. That alone proves Uniparty Republicans are too stupid to hold office. Or drive.

They haven't just given away a few elections, they've surrendered our country to a movement whose civic values are alien to our foundation, history, and cultural fabric.

We lose the republic a little bit more everyday. Some of them are big days, like election day, but most of them are quiet days where all of these things get swept under the rug.

Kirsten Cinamon Bud was elected the same way.

The lawsuit doesn't allege it but anyone who doubts machines (software) can be manipulated need only look at the Twitter releases and note how many people kept that secret for a long time😡

They have one play, and that's double down. I expect a corrupt judge but am hopeful for some justice. Win or lose, this fraud is now out there for everyone to see. Great coverage as usual Emerald!

Arizonan here. And while Emerald is correctas usual, this suit is dead on arrival.

We have a GOP governor till Jan. and a GOP Ag till jan. What are they saying about all this? Nothing.

And we still have GOP majorities in the legislature even after this election. What are the leaders saying? Nothing.

It increasingly appears to me that the GOP leadership, both nationally and locally,, has made deals with the Dems to allow MAGA candidates to lose and retain control of the party. Of course the problem with that, besides the illegal chicanery and loss of faith in elections it beings, is that I seriously doubt that the Dems are going to return to playing by the rules when they've won a series of elections this way.
