A war against Russia (for no particular reason) will give the Democrats a reason to siphon off almost all of the country's food to the "fighting forces" wherever they may be. (This happened during WWII -- the troops got all of the food, those who stayed at home had to get by.)
Then: The alphabet agencies -- FDA, CDC, etc. -- will declare the "bird flu" a national health care emergency, and start culling chickens, cows, goats, everything edible, from small farms. The FDA is already trying outlaw raw milk. Eggs will be next, then chickens, then...etc. Food storage will be outlawed as well.
This will precipitate food riots. Then the government will have all of the excuses it needs to 1) cancel elections; and 2) proceed with its totalitarian ambitions.
The only thing that can stop this trajectory is the action of the states. It is likely that at least 26 states will rebel. Who knows.
