For about 2 years now I eat an 8oz chuck steak, 6 large eggs, 6oz of salted butter & 1 scoop (11.5g) of BHB salts cooked 5.5 minutes in melted butter in the microwave on high. My one meal a day keeps me in hyperketonemia until the next day.
