Congress needs to perform substantial oversight of the judiciary. These rogue judges must be reigned in, and in some cases even impeached (or possibly even face criminal prosecution). Since the Supreme Court seems incapable of effectively managing the out of control District Court judges, it is time for legislative branch to step in with an aggressive approach to tackle this judicial insurrection against the sitting President of the United States of America. This is lawfare on steroids! Defund the DC District Court and get Judge Bozo-man to shut the hell up.

Why don't conservative judges issue contradicting injunctions, and let the courts fight among themselves? Would "new" orders be any less authiritative?

Emerald, I wish you had asked what statutory authority the district courts have now.

I like Biggs (I'm from AZ) BUT, 1st things first. If the so called repubs don't hold the House, katy bar the door. Trump's tenure is over not to mention that he will be subjec to impeachement hearings every single day for the next almost 4 years. And Bigg's resolution is worthless and going nowhere. Looks good but just for show. Like when you offer someone tickets to something knowing they can't go. You get points anyway.

But see this :

As usual , the repubs are missing the forest for the trees. This guy needs to win and the dems are outspending him 10:1!!!! How about ensuring the repubs retain a majority and then think about the judiciary (for which i have no hope since again, the dems have out maneuvered the repubs in this critical issue).
