I ponder back over the last 20+ years of my voting history, especially those votes for GWB, and wonder why it took so many years to wise up. I didn't vote for O but in retrospect after Romney's loss in 2012 I knew that I was glad that Romney did lose (and McCain as well)...because it's easy to recognize a loser if you see them often enough. He was pro-life until he ran for senate when his consultants told him he wasn't in the middle of an editorial board. I often wonder how a LDS kid from Michigan who married his high school sweetheart and has been a great husband and father, been a dynamic leader in his church for many years could be such a weak and fickle politician?

When a man has no principles, he becomes the perfect screen for the like-minded. It's a different version of Obama, who was an absolutely empty suit and whose supporters were free to project onto him whatever they wished. With Romney, it's a matter of sticking to the points that were agreeable to the listener and ignoring the rest.
I'm ashamed I voted for that dork in 2012, but the alternative was far, far worse.

Mitt was able to win the Governership of Massachuessetts. Frankly, if you can do that, as a Republican, then I have absolutely no use for you.
