As always, Emerald, you are on point. We still vote and we most definitely PRAY but we prepare. Some of us have been preparing for for several years. I personally believe God will intervene because I know He listens to the prayers of His children (and there are millions of us praying) but He also calls us to be wise. All the signs are in place to show these criminals will do everything to stop Trump from taking back the White House. That said, there is much to support the theory of devolution as well. So much that’s happening would support that. IMHO, our greatest weapon, by far, is our prayers. God save America. 🇺🇸
This is the time when states with leadership (Florida? Tennessee?) and a solid majority of right-thinking citizens need to start agitating for REAL activities at the state level to prepare. Hiding in your house in some place completely lost, with or without guns and food and gold, is not going to win. Taking some states and saying "bye-bye" is consonant with the Constitution and will provide decent infrastructure for those who want it.
I find it hard to believe that everyone is not moving to one of the states that might just survive and keep the "Old America" as you call it. Many of us have moved (at great personal and financial expense) because of what you say -- it is, perhaps, the only truly reasonable way to be prepared. As individuals we do not stand much of a chance. A state with a leader like DeSantis who at least is capable of standing up and doing something may be the only political option.
Just one man's opinion, but we are all looking for what comes after the fall, and being with those of like mind has to be better than not. Frederick Douglass summed it all up better than almost anyone: "A man’s rights rest in three boxes. The ballot box, jury box and the cartridge box". As Emerald notes, the ballot box is probably a goner and the jury box is just about there (except for a handful (getting smaller all the time) of honest judges). There is only one box left. How that instantiates is where we should all be focusing. As a state-based republic we have options many do not. We should use them.
I think it is well to reflect on the nature of Chinese Communist and its rulers, since those currently in power aspire to impose a highly sanitized, and cleverly disguised version of the same system on Americans. They are not merely in business with China and in bed with China, they are admirers of the the Chinese Communist system.

I think we'll have a pretty good idea before the election if its going to be stolen again. The level of panic by the corporate media and the usual suspects in Congress will be a good gauge.
Trump's Veep choice will also be a signal as to whether he is serious about reforms or he'll just trim around the edges and be forced to work with the RINOs again.
They can easily steal a close election ... but if its overwhelming and they refuse to certify Trump under some pretext then all bets are off.

I, for a man of modest means was a pretty big contributor during the 2020 election cycle. But I agree totally that I was living in the former America. Election night and the days afterward gave me a wake-up call and bitch-slapped me into the present reality. I haven’t coughed up a dime up to now despite the incessant calls and texts. Why piss away good money on a system I don’t trust to provide an honest outcome.
Antifa meant it when they said they will get what they want, "by any means necessary." We saw an example of their tactics during covid; they've likely learned a lot from that and will apply those lessons learned this year.
