When Jen Psaki Says "Not Accurate" It Means Accurate
The Biden Administration Just Admitted That "Equity" Is Discrimination By Another Name
Last Thursday, I got a chance at the White House press briefing to ask the Biden Administration’s Press Secretary Jen Psaki about their decision to cut the supply of monoclonal antibody treatments to Florida in half. (Florida expected 70,000 doses that week and, instead, it received only 30,000 doses.) The response was a classic example of how Democrats use “double-speak.” They don’t really have moral principles, but they do have political tactics.
After claiming that my information was “not accurate” Biden’s Press Secretary then proceeded to admit that the information was accurate. She confirmed that the cut was taking place, and then claimed that “equity” was the ostensible reason that rationing was needed.
At a press conference the same day, Governor DeSantis explained that the majority of people in Florida getting this new treatment were not, in fact, vaccine skeptics:
At our Broward site, 52% of the patients that have received treatment have been vaccinated, 69% of those over 60 that have received treatment at the Broward site had been vaccinated. In Miami Dade almost 60% of everybody that's been treated at the Tropical Park site has been vaccinated. And 73% of the patients treated at the state site in Tropical Park that are over the age of 60 have been vaccinated. I think that the message is you do need to have treatment as an important component when you're dealing with COVID.
There was no sudden need for the Biden Administration to introduce rationing in the first place. There was no apparent shortage of monoclonal antibody treatments in the marketplace. The Biden Administration simply invented the problem and then failed to give the Florida Department of Health, or anyone else, prior notice that their shipments would be immediately decreased.
Here’s some follow up reporting:
In other words, the Biden Administration wanted to punish Florida residents for their Governor’s vaccine policies (and because DeSantis is widely regarded as a serious contender for the GOP’s Presidential nomination in 2024) and they didn’t even manage to do that very well: the shortage it created in Florida actually harms the vaccinated more than the unvaccinated.
Not that discriminating against the unvaccinated should be dismissed or forgiven. It’s probably the turn for monoclonal antibody treatments to be cynically disparaged by Democrats (and their media allies) like Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. Therapeutics don’t generate the same cash flow for Big Pharma after all. Still, the blatant malice that this move reveals is quite astonishing. Playing politics with the COVID-19 crisis is harming the lives of Americans — but the Biden Administration is quite happy to do it anyway.
God Bless you Emerald. You are consistently exposing their lies and evil ways. So many appreciate what you do!
The Covid shot is NOT a vaccine in any traditional sense. It is a therapeutic.
It does not provide immunity. It does not inoculate. A person with the shot still gets the virus, gets Covid, and spreads Covid just like an unvaccinated person.
The difference is that if the shot recipient contracts Covid within 5 months or so of getting their shot, they are very likely to have less powerful symptoms than an unvaccinated person. Their risk of death is less. After 4-6 months, the shot starts to wear off, if other countries are any guide. The US does not keep data to compare vaxed vs unvaxed outcomes. Other countries do keep this data, and we are seeing the shots lose effectiveness after just a few months. 70% of UK Covid deaths and hospitalizations were vaccinated from Feb-Sept. Daily new cases in Israel are at all time highs, and people there are dying of Covid after 3 & 4 shots in only 10 months.
The spike protein is a pathogen. It can cause inflammation throughout the body, and other problems. Taking the shot is like taking chemotherapy just in case you get cancer.
Ivermectin, HCQ and monoclonal antibody treatment have all shown effectiveness at reducing hospitalizations and deaths. Many people would rather try those instead of a spike protein with unknown lasting damage.
