How is it not obvious to all that anyone who has been sworn in to uphold and defend the Constitution is violating that oath and committing treason when they violate and disrespect the first amendment?

This is the way they will try to get around U.S. law and the Constitution. The U.S. Government won’t be DIRECTLY involved when they use 2nd party entities. It has already happened. Bank of America sent the U.S. Government financial information on individuals on their January 6 th, 2021 activities on a voluntary basis. Many of the people reported had nothing to do with January 6 th and were not involved in any way. Bank of America was never presented with a warrant to do so – they just did it voluntarily.
In this way, the government believes they can get away with that conduct if they are ever challenged on it in court.
It's fairly obvious that the Marxists (democrats) want to invalidate the first amendment. The "hate speech" trope is another strategy supporting that objective.
